TCS iON Freshers Hiring 2019-2025, Registrations end on Aug 15

TCS iON is accepting job applications from pre-final and final-year students across all streams and degrees who are set to graduate between 2019 and 2025. This opportunity also extends to working professionals with up to 2 years of experience.

Through the TCS National Qualifier Test (TCS NQT), you can showcase your skills to top companies. The test evaluates your aptitude, domain-specific knowledge, and work values. Your TCS NQT Scorecard will reflect your performance across different sections, serving as a valuable tool for applying for jobs.

You can use this scorecard to apply for positions at various companies, including Cognizant, Wipro, HCLTech, Infosys, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, L&T Infotech, Accenture, IBM, Hexaware Technologies, Mphasis, Mindtree, Virtusa, Deloitte, and TCS.

These companies recognize TCS NQT scores, and you can apply through both the TCS website and the job portals to participating

  • Pre-final or final-year students of any stream or degree
  • Students passing between 2019-2025, who are looking for a job
  • Working professionals with up to 2 years of experience

Steps to Apply

  • Step 1: Apply to TCS NQT and appear for the Test.
  • Step 2: Get your NQT Score.
  • Step 3: Apply to multiple jobs on our website.
  • Step 4: Apply for jobs on other Corporates’ websites too.
  • Step 5: Get jobs basis your NQT Score and suitability.
  • Apply before: 15th August, 2024

TCS Freshers Hiring

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), a global leader in IT services, is poised to make a substantial impact on India’s job market. The company has announced plans to hire 40,000 freshers this financial year, underscoring India’s status as a key talent hub.

Milind Lakkad, TCS Chief HR Officer, emphasized India’s strong appeal for talent, especially given the diverse skill demands and geopolitical challenges in other regions.

He remarked, “Given the diverse skills required, the talent available in other markets, and the geopolitical challenges in certain regions, India stands out as the premier destination for talent, and this isn’t likely to change anytime soon.”

In the April-June quarter of the 2024-25 financial year, TCS added 5,452 employees, increasing its total workforce to 606,998. The company boasts a diverse employee base, with 35.5% being women and representing 151 nationalities.

TCS remains dedicated to nurturing fresh talent and providing extensive training. As the global IT sector undergoes significant transformation, India continues to be a vital hub for talent, effectively navigating the profound changes shaping the industry.
