TCS iON hiring freshers via “TCS NQT” deadline ends on Feb 14

TCS iON, a strategic unit of Tata Consultancy Services is hiring freshers for 2018- 2024 batches through TCS National Qualifier Test (TCS NQT).

TCS National Qualifier Test (TCS NQT) helps you prove your skills to top corporates. You may choose to get tested on aptitude skills, domain-specific skills, or work values.

The tests are scheduled every 2-4 weeks in the exam centres. Your TCS NQT Scorecard will showcase your performance in every section of the test. You can apply for jobs in various Corporates that accept TCS NQT scores from our website and respective Corporates’ websites.

Who can Apply

  • Pre-final or final-year students of any stream or degree
  • Students passing between 2018-2024, who are looking for a job
  • Working professionals with up to 2 years of experience

Steps to Apply

  • Step 1: Apply to TCS NQT and appear for the Test.
  • Step 2: Get your NQT Score.
  • Step 3: Apply to multiple jobs on our website.
  • Step 4: Apply for jobs on other Corporates’ websites too.
  • Step 5: Get jobs basis your NQT Score and suitability.
  • Apply before: 2nd February, 2024
  • Test Date: 14th February, 2024

Tata Consultancy Services CHRO, Milind Lakkad said while announcing its Q3FY24 results that the company will continue hiring at a normal pace.

However, TCS headcount dropped by 5,680 employees workforce stood at 603,305 on December 31 with attrition at 13.3% for the last twelve months. 

During the third quarter, TCS hired 14,380 employees and looking forward to hiring at a normal pace in the coming quarters.

According to a LinkedIn survey conducted by SightsIn Plus When it comes to hiring in 2024, top candidates are still in high demand, but there is more balance in the IT and Tech job market.

The major Impact will be on Campus Hiring and the Industry may see a dip of 10- 25% in overall hiring for 2024.
