TCS is expanding its team, hiring for over 2600 roles in India, Apply

A global leader in IT services, consulting, and business solutions company, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring for various roles.

However, hiring in the IT Industry is slow due to macroeconomic reasons but TCS is expanding its team, and hiring for over 2600 roles in India.

While announcing the Q3FY24 results, TCS CHRO Milind Lakkad also highlighted that the company will recruit from college campuses and lateral hires.

While responding on the hiring, he said, “We are committed to hiring from college campuses and growing talent organically. We have commenced our campus hiring process for the next year and see tremendous excitement among freshers to join TCS.”

  • Internship: TCS is looking for exceptional and highly motivated Ph.D., MS, MTech, or final year BE or BTech students with an aptitude for research in any area of computer science. Master’s and Ph.D. students from premier institutes in the fields of psychology, sociology, economics, mathematics, game design, and organizational behavior may also apply. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) issued a final notice to remote-working employees and asked them to resume work from the office by starting March. The company also cautioned that there may be consequences if they do not comply.

TCS headcount dropped by 5,680 employees workforce stood at 603,305 as of December 31 with attrition at 13.3% for the last twelve months. The company’s workforce stood at 608,985 as of September 30, reported a dip of 6333 employees from the last quarter.
