An Indian multinational information technology services and consulting company, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is inviting applications for Management Postgraduates.

ABOUT TCS MBA HIRING YOP 2023

TCS Management Hiring is the recruitment of Management Postgraduates who are scheduled to complete the Post Graduation program in the next financial year (FY 2023-24) and will be eligible to join TCS.

Commenting on the hiring process the company said, “Our aim is to build a strong foundation to a successful management career. We’re inviting bright Management Postgraduates from permitted specializations to apply for the test.”

TCS MBA Hiring YoP 2023 Application Process

Step 1. Logon to the TCS NextStep Portal here

Step 2. Register and apply for the TCS MBA Hiring YoP 2023

Scenario A. If you are a registered user, kindly log in and proceed to complete the application form. Upon submission, kindly click on ‘Apply For Drive’

Scenario B. If you are a new user, kindly click on Register Now, choose the category as ‘IT’ and proceed to fill in your details. Submit your application form and click on ‘Apply For Drive’

Step 3. Select your mode of the test (In-Centre) and choose your preferred test centre & then click on Apply. Please Note, the test centre once chosen may not be changed.

Step 4. To confirm your status, check ‘Track Your Application’. Your status should reflect as ‘Applied for Drive’

  • Registration last date: 15th December 2022
  • Test Date: 25th December, 2022

In Q2FY23, the attrition rate of the company rose to 21.5 percent from 19.7 percent in Q1FY23. However, the company said that the attrition has peaked and will taper down in the coming quarters.
