TCS Pulls-in Hiring in Few Cities on This Weekend

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), India’s leading global IT services, consulting, and business solutions organization, is conducting a major hiring initiative across metro cities on April 26 and 27, 2025.

The company is actively seeking skilled professionals across a variety of domains as part of its strategic expansion and delivery commitments in India and globally.

Open Positions Include:

  • Full Stack DeveloperHyderabad (April 26)
    Experienced in frontend and backend development using JavaScript, React, Node.js, Java or Python. Strong understanding of APIs and microservices.
  • International Insurance Domain ExpertNagpur (April 26)
    Professionals with knowledge of insurance processes, claims management, and underwriting for international markets.
  • Finance and Accounting SpecialistPune (April 27)
    Roles in financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliation with SAP/Oracle experience preferred.
  • .NET DeveloperDelhi (April 26)
    Skilled in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and SQL Server with the ability to develop enterprise-grade web applications.
  • .NET Full Stack DeveloperHyderabad (April 26)
    Comprehensive skills in both frontend and backend development within the .NET ecosystem, including Angular/React.

TCS added 625 employees in Q4 FY25, reversing a decline of 5,370 in the previous quarter. As of March 31, 2025, TCS total employee count stood at 607,979, up from 601,546 at the end of FY24. The company achieved a net addition of 6,433 employees over the fiscal year.

TCS onboarded 42,000 freshers in FY25, aligning with its planned recruitment targets. The company plans to hire a similar or slightly higher number of freshers in FY26, indicating continued investment in entry-level talent.

Employees completed 56 million learning hours, acquiring 5.2 million competencies during FY25, reflecting TCS’s commitment to upskilling its workforce.
