Chennai Software Engineer Lands in Rs 1.5 Lakh Internship

A Chennai-based software engineer, Akshay Narisetti who according to his bio is an engineer at Questbook, shared a post on Twitter about his journey Rs 1.5 Lakh Internship.

The Chennai Software Engineer Akshay Narisetti received an internship at BharatX using a ‘cold email.’ He shared a screenshot of the email he wrote to BharatX for an off-campus internship.

Akshay shared a tweet from the official Twitter handle saying, “This Cold Email got me an off-campus internship with 1.5 L Stipend per month.”

In the email, he has written about ‘why’ he wants to intern with the company. “During my past internships at fintech companies, I have realized that this is the best place where my code could be, this is where a single line of code could create an impact at a scale of millions of people.”

This is the impact I want to create ay bharatx” he mentioned. He also elaborated about what’s the best projects he was proud of.

He further said, “I went on to make a lot of intriguing projects but one project stands out for me.”

Earlier, Akshay Narisetti became popular and revealed how he was approached by an employee at the tech giant for an interview after his video of the game went viral on Twitter. Even this post went Viral on Twitter after LinkedIn and has received a million views. 

“The idea itself might not be original, but the implementation is, electronics is how I learned coding. I first coded on an Arduino before coding on an actual computer. I got to embrace the computer capabilities that way. The rest is curiosity in all kinds of technology”, he wrote.
