Trusted market leader and diversified real estate professional services firm, Colliers is expanding its operations in Pune, India.

The company has moved to a larger office space at Tablespace in the prominent micro-market of Kalyani Nagar owing to ambitious growth plans. The new swanky workplace provides modern and collaborative spaces where the focus is on employee well-being and growth.

Over the past three years, this is the 5th new office acquired (in a major market) by Colliers India, after Bengaluru, Gurgaon, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.

Emerging as a desirable asset class, managed workspaces are furnished with sophisticated amenities that boost well-being and productivity, something that employers have begun actively prioritizing.

Given the growing demand for several real estate asset classes, including residential, commercial, and industrial, Pune is one of the strongest real estate hubs, making it an opportune market for developers, investors, and occupiers. With aspirations to explore untapped opportunities in the regional markets, the firm is expanding its capabilities and growing its workforce in India.

In a release earlier, the firm shared its growth plan to hire 400 employees in 2023.

Sankey Prasad, Chairman & Managing Director, Colliers India said, “I am excited to announce that our Pune team is moving to a new office. The health, safety, and well-being of our people have always been a key priority here at Collier’s.”

“The new space is equipped with modern-day amenities that will boost productivity and efficiency. The workplace is welcoming, has ample collaboration rooms & open spaces, and reflects our culture and values. Integrating technology, sustainability, and comfort, I am positive that our employees will have an enriching work experience here,” Sankey Prasad added.

As an organization, Colliers has always focused on providing its people with an enriching employee experience. Apart from being conveniently located, the premium workspace boasts a new-age workplace design and numerous well-being amenities. The open glazing facade and glass partitions that let in ample natural light and the indoor plants that adorn the office provide a refreshing atmosphere.

Ergonomic workstations and wide spaces for movement cater to the physical well-being of the employees. Further, aligning with the enterprising culture nurtured at Colliers, the new office has several collab zones and recreational corners to encourage brainstorming, collaboration, and camaraderie between teams.

Animesh Tripathi, Managing Director, Pune, said, “As we move our Pune operations to this state-of-the-art and stunning new office. We are truly excited to begin this next chapter. Pune has been a very strong market in the country and has immense potential for the real estate sector.”

“From being an education hub to a tech hub, this city has gained momentum exponentially. It is an apt time for us to bring in experienced industry leaders and young, driven professionals to assist us in expanding our capabilities and catering to the emerging needs of the market”, Animesh Tripathi added.

Animesh Tripathi further said, “This new office will be a catalyst in realizing our growth plans, a dynamic and flexible workspace that promotes creative thinking, innovation, and collaboration. We look forward to delivering amplified solutions for our clients and stakeholders as we begin this new chapter.”

The company will be doubling its employee strength in the city, the firm aims to penetrate local markets, expand client relationships, and build scale for the business.
