As per the report of Business Insider, An American multinational technology company, Google has created an internal artificial intelligence model ‘Goose‘ to help employees write code faster.

Moreover, the company is also planning to further improve and integrate it into internal coding processes. The objective of this AI model is to improve efficiency across multiple areas of Google’s business, encompassing product development and engineering.

Despite not being officially launched, internal documents indicate that Goose, a tool developed by the company, is already accessible for employee use.

Previously, the company introduced Gemini as the result of large-scale collaborative efforts by teams across Google, including colleagues at Google Research.

It was built from the ground up to be multimodal, which means it can generalize and seamlessly understand, operate across, and combine different types of information including text, code, audio, image, and video.

Previously, Google and Alphabet CEO Sundar Pichai, said, “Every technology shift is an opportunity to advance scientific discovery, accelerate human progress, and improve lives. I believe the transition we are seeing right now with AI will be the most profound in our lifetimes, far bigger than the shift to mobile or the web before it.”

“AI has the potential to create opportunities — from the everyday to the extraordinary — for people everywhere. It will bring new waves of innovation and economic progress and drive knowledge, learning, creativity, and productivity on a scale we haven’t seen before”, he added.

The company has always empowered employees with AI-driven tools as it aims to drive efficiency and innovation within its workforce.
