L&T & Nvidia to enhance skills of 1,000 engineers in Gen AI

L&T Technology Services Limited, a leading player in digital engineering and R&D services, is aiming at fostering global AI adoption.

The company aims to provide scalable AI solutions to enterprises worldwide. LTTS is participating in the NVIDIA GTC global AI conference, taking place from March 18-21, to interact with customers.

Over the next three years, LTTS is dedicated to enhancing the skills of 1,000 engineers in NVIDIA software, including NVIDIA AI Enterprise.

This comprehensive suite encompasses efficient and dependable runtimes for generative AI, such as NVIDIA NeMo, NVIDIA NIM, and others.

NVIDIA NeMo is an end-to-end platform for developing custom generative AI, including tools and microservices for customization, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), data curation, model evaluation, and more.

Amit Chadha, CEO and Managing Director, L&T Technology Services Limited said, “Training our associates on NVIDIA software will allow our engineers to deliver innovative, scalable generative AI solutions across the entire industry.”

The LTTS training initiative aims to cultivate a strong cohort of AI specialists and practitioners. Additionally, LTTS will deploy AI solutions across diverse sectors, encompassing manufacturing, automotive, and healthcare.
