Ola announces ‘Ola Technology Fellowship’ programme

A car rental company, Ola has recently announced the launch of a technology ‘Ola Technology Fellowship’ programme for AI researchers at IIT Bombay.

A co-founder of Ola Cabs has shared the information through a post on social media platform X (formally twitter) saying, “This program will span across engineering disciplines, welcoming students from top institutions nationwide, the firm said in a media statement.”

“Always humbled and thrilled to be back @iitbombay. Thrilled to interact with the crowd of over 3000 young and energy packed audience”, the post added.

The post further said, “Happy to announce that we have introduced the Ola Graduate Fellowship program. Starting with a fellowship for AI researchers at IIT Bombay, this program will span across engineering disciplines and will be open to students studying in leading institutions in India.”

“With this, we will nurture the young and bright minds of our nation that will contribute to India’s journey to becoming a global leader. We only live once”, the post said.

“So, we must think and work like a Karmayogi. Do big things. Things that matter for our people and our country We will do everything it takes to develop a robust talent pool and future technologies out of India, for the world”, the post concluded.

The Ola Graduate fellowship program will select students and they will get a chance of an opportunity to conduct research in AI.
