Oracle in India offers free skill-based job-ready courses

An American multinational computer technology company, Oracle in India is offering multiple free and paid skill-based courses to update job-ready skills.

Recently, to help organizations attract, empower, and retain the best employees and successfully navigate the constant change that defines today’s workplace the company has introduced Oracle HCM Now.

Oracle HCM provides a prescriptive yet flexible implementation approach to adopting Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM).

It will enable mid-size enterprises with up to 15,000 employees to reduce implementation costs and complexity, while rapidly gaining access to the key capabilities they require as their business needs shift. 

The job market today has challenges and is more competitive than ever before, requiring youth to put their best foot forward to win.

The company said on its page, “MyLearn is a customizable, personalized training portal that enhances and speeds your learning of Oracle Cloud. Find the training you want, fast.”

“Easily track your progress. Get course recommendations that best match your learning goals. Get it all – and more – on any device, from any location”, the company added.

The company provides a few courses including:

Become An OCI Foundations Associate (2023): It said on its page, “This Learning Path provides the foundational knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Cloud Services, and prepares you for the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations Associate Certification.” To learn more about other courses and apply click here.

To upskill you can add courses as per your preferences and this will help tailor recommendations to your learning goals.
