A global digital solutions provider, RCG Global Services has announced the appointment of Satish Rajarathnam as Head of People & Administration.
In this role, Satish will be responsible for driving global people processes across the organization, designing & implementing enterprise-level transformation programs, organization design & culture. He will also be developing future-ready workforces, employee experience, spearheading the global workforce management strategy, and overseeing administration management.

He is an HR leader with over 25 years of global experience across multiple industry verticals and proven expertise in strategizing and transforming business through Human Capital Strategy, Organizational transformation & coaching.
His expertise includes enabling business agility, building digital capability, leadership development, career & succession planning, talent management, organizational effectiveness & performance management, strategic workforce planning, cultural transformation, and change management.
Satish is associated with several industry groups and associations such as NHRD, SHRM, Agile Leadership, LEGO Serious Play, PCMM, Six Sigma, ISABs India, and NFNLP, among others from which he has received certifications marking him a qualified practitioner.
Prior to RCG Global Services, he was associated with Mphasis as SVP HR. In this role, he was responsible for business transformation through Human Capital Strategy, Organizational transformation & coaching. His earlier stints include working with Cognizant, HCL Technologies, and Siemens.
