India’s largest IT services provider company Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) will be hiring 77,000 freshers in the financial year 2022 due to strong demand for tech talent.
Milind Lakkad, Global Head- HR, TCS said, “For campus hiring, we have already done 43,000. We are looking at another 34,000. So close to 77,000 is what we’re looking to hire in the current fiscal.”
The company also hires fresh talent through National Qualifier Test conducted by TCS iON.

National Qualifier Test
Tata Consultancy Services National Qualifier Test is a multi-level assessment to assess the following competencies and skills:
- Competence on the core cognitive processes required for entry-level jobs
- Industry-specific knowledge and insights
- Specialisation on skills required to perform various job roles
Who can Apply
- UG, PG, and Diploma students who are in their pre-final, final year, or have passed out.
- Students with any degree and specialisation/discipline.
- Freshers with less than 2 years of experience
