Webandcrafts awards its employee with a Mercedes Benz

Even after many companies like Google and Amazon are laying off many employees, Webandcrafts awards its oldest employee with a luxury car.

A global IT solutions company Webandcrafts has awarded the luxury Mercedes-Benz car to its invaluable employee.

Founder and CEO Abin Jose Tom said, “Our employees are the backbone of our company and we are honoured to have such a dedicated and hardworking team.”

“Clint has been with us since the beginning and has played a vital role in our success. We wanted to show our appreciation for his efforts and loyalty and what better way to do it than by gifting a luxurious Mercedes-Benz C-Class,” Abin Jose Tom added.

The award was given to Chief Creative Officer Clint Antony. Clint joined Webandcrafts as his first employee in 2012. He has contributed significantly to its expansion and success.

Additionally, The management team chose workers very carefully. The team selected the employee who had shown exemplary performance and devotion to the business for over the previous ten years.

Recently, another Indian tech company Tridhya Tech has gifted cars to its employees. The company felicitated 13 employees with 13 cars as a token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication toward the company’s mission over the years.

Having been known as a website development company in the initial stages, Webandcrafts have now blossomed into a global IT solution provider. Today, the company creates custom-made mobility solutions, web and mobile applications, and dynamic digital marketing strategies for customers in Asia, the Middle East, and Northern and Southern parts of America.
