Internship Opportunity for Aspiring HR Professionals
AICTE, in partnership with Anil Agencies Pvt Ltd, has announced the commencement of its HR Internship Program in Delhi.
It aimed at providing young professionals with hands-on experience in human resource management. The internship is full-time, begins immediately, and runs for a duration of three months. Applications are open until 31st August 2025.
Role and Responsibilities
The selected interns will gain practical exposure across multiple HR functions including:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and supporting joining formalities.
- Employee Engagement: Assisting in engagement activities to foster a positive work culture.
- HR Operations: Maintaining records, coordinating training activities, and supporting day-to-day processes.
Interns will work closely with the HR team in a dynamic sales organization, ensuring they experience both operational and strategic aspects of human resources.
Eligibility Criteria
The internship is open exclusively to candidates who:
- Are pursuing a BBA degree (specialization not required).
- Can commit to a three-month full-time program.
- Possess relevant skills and demonstrate a strong interest in HR practices.
Stipend and Perks
To support interns during the program, Anil Agencies Pvt Ltd will provide a stipend of ₹10,000 per month, along with food facilities.
The engagement is structured as a paid internship, offering candidates both financial support and professional growth.
