Infosys Continues to Offer Top-Ranked InStep Internship Program

Infosys, one of the world’s leading technology services companies, is once again accepting applications for its InStep Internship Program.

The program has been rated the best internship globally for five years in a row by Vault Firsthand.

InStep is fully funded and gives students from around the world the chance to work on real projects, receive guidance from experienced professionals, and experience life in India.

Key Program Details

  • Duration: 8 to 12 weeks, with flexible start dates based on students’ academic calendars.
  • Who Can Apply: Open to undergraduate, graduate, MBA, and Ph.D. students in fields such as computer science, engineering, business, and data.
  • Global Reach: The program has worked with over 220 universities and has more than 3,300 past interns.
  • Support: Infosys covers travel, housing, health insurance, and other costs for all interns.

How to Apply

Students should apply 4–5 months before they want to start. Applications are submitted through the official Infosys InStep portal. After applying, candidates go through a few interview rounds to match them with suitable projects.

Company Update

Infosys reported revenue of ₹40,925 crore in Q4 of FY25, which is a 7.9% increase compared to the same quarter last year. Net profit, however, dropped by 11.7% to ₹7,033 crore.

The company added 199 new employees in the quarter, bringing the total headcount to 323,578 as of March 31, 2025. Attrition rose slightly to 14.1%, up from 13.7% in the previous quarter.
