This recruitment drive aims to strengthen their Tool Room plants across the Delhi National Capital Region (NCR).

Job Roles and Requirements

Press Tools & Die Designers: Designing casting tools, skin panel dies, and transfer dies. Ensuring accuracy and post-maturation assessment of dies. Conducting tool trials and overseeing die manufacturing processes.

Assembly & Trial Executives: Managing die maturation and achieving accuracy. Handling high-level tool-off processes (HLTO) and buyoff procedures. Coordinating tool trials and overseeing die production.

Stamping Simulation Specialists: Proficiency in Autoform or Pamstamp software. Experience in simulating stamping processes.

Robot Programmers: Knowledge of robot programming languages (KUKA, YASKAWA, FANUC). Ability to integrate robots with PLC systems.

Machining Experts: Extensive experience in machine shops. Competence in handling CNC and conventional machines as per production schedules.

Welding Fixture Designers: In-depth understanding of welding processes. Proficiency in fixture design for BIW (Body in White) and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding. Command over software tools such as UG NX, CATIA, and SOLIDWORKS.
