The deal was made in cash through Infosys Singapore Pte, a fully owned arm of Infosys. This move will grow Infosys’ cybersecurity services and increase its reach in the Australian market.

Expanding Cybersecurity Expertise

The Missing Link brings experienced professionals to Infosys, boosting its team at global cyber defense centers.

The company, founded in 1997, provides a wide range of services including risk checks, managed security, cloud support, and both offensive and defensive protection tools.

Infosys had shared its plans to buy the firm last month, highlighting the strategic fit.
