With over two decades of HR leadership experience, Rajesh Raii brings a wealth of expertise to his new position.
Prior to this elevation, he served as Vice President – People & India Head HR at GlobalLogic, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s talent strategy and operational excellence.
His career spans several global organizations, including Accenture, where he held multiple senior HR roles, such as Director & Head HR for Corporate Functions, Consulting, Digital & Capability Network, India. In this role, he oversaw HR operations for over 35,000 employees across diverse geographies.
Rajesh has also led transformative HR initiatives at renowned companies such as Eicher Trucks and Buses, Expedia Group (APAC), United Colors of Benetton India, Adobe Systems, Ernst & Young, and Arthur Andersen.
His work has consistently focused on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement across sectors ranging from automotive to fashion and technology.
