Tech Mahindra, a leading global provider of technology consulting and digital solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Airtm, a leading digital payment platform.

This collaboration aims to drive global transformation for gig workers by enhancing payment capabilities.

It also aims to provide access to top global talent through Tech Mahindra’s crowdsourcing platform, Populii.

The partnership marks a key development in the AI and BPO sectors.

It allows Airtm to offer businesses a seamless, borderless solution for payout processing, engaging talent, and automation.

By expanding their options, Tech Mahindra and Airtm are significantly enhancing their talent pool.

This expansion gives their customers access to top-tier professionals for their projects.

Tech Mahindra and Airtm Partnership: Enhancing Talent Access

The partnership between Tech Mahindra and Airtm will focus on providing gig workers with fast, affordable methods to manage their earnings.

It will also ensure secure ways for gig workers to handle their financial transactions.

Airtm’s platform offers over 500 withdrawal methods in 190 countries, ensuring that gig workers across the globe can access their payments seamlessly.

This integration will simplify global payments for the Populii community, empowering gig workers to concentrate on their tasks and ensuring timely payments.

By combining Airtm’s user community, Tech Mahindra’s AI expertise, and Populii’s specialized solutions, businesses will now have access to a network of skilled gig workers.

This network will be in regions where other global providers have limited local presence.

This partnership will enable companies to scale their AI models, data processing tasks, and BPO operations.

It will also allow them to tap into emerging talent pools across Latin America, Southeast Asia, and other emerging markets.

Statements from Leadership

Birendra Sen, President of Business Process Services at Tech Mahindra, emphasized the importance of the partnership.

He said, “With the addition of Airtm as a payment partner, we simplify global payments for our Populii community.”

“This seamless system empowers gig workers to concentrate on their tasks, ensuring timely payments,” Birendra added.

Ruben Galindo, Co-founder and CEO of Airtm, also expressed excitement about the collaboration.

He added, “We’re excited to work with Tech Mahindra to bring seamless, borderless payment capabilities to the talented gig workforce using Populii.”

Ruben said that the partnership strengthens their commitment to providing equitable financial solutions.

He also mentioned that it opens doors for businesses to tap into new pools of talent.

Additionally, he emphasized that people across the globe will have the tools and resources to participate in the global digital economy.
