Deloitte has unveiled its Asia Pacific Agentic AI Centre of Excellence (CoE), strategically located across India, Malaysia, and Singapore.

This initiative is part of Deloitte’s broader effort to accelerate AI adoption at scale, supporting businesses in deploying autonomous AI-driven solutions.

The CoE will bring together over 6,000 AI practitioners and facilitate a pipeline of AI implementations valued at more than $1 billion.

Agentic AI refers to autonomous AI systems capable of managing complex workflows, continuously learning, and adapting to changing business environments.

Unlike traditional automation, agentic AI enables decision-making with minimal human intervention, making it a game-changer for industries.

Deloitte Centre of Excellence: Vision for AI Transformation

The Asia Pacific Agentic AI CoE is closely integrated with Deloitte’s Global Agentic Network, which spans North America, Asia Pacific, and EMEA.

Through this network, Deloitte aims to:

  • Redefine human-AI collaboration by moving beyond incremental automation.
  • Enable businesses to implement autonomous processes that enhance efficiency.
  • Develop sector-specific AI agents tailored to industry needs.

Key Technologies and Partnerships

Deloitte’s CoE will leverage its proprietary Zora AI technology stack, designed to autonomously execute business-critical tasks across finance, procurement, sales, and marketing.

The firm is also collaborating with NVIDIA, integrating advanced AI capabilities into its solutions.

India’s Role in the AI Ecosystem

India’s digital infrastructure and engineering talent provide a strong foundation for agentic AI innovation.

Deloitte India’s Saurabh Kumar emphasized that the CoE will co-create autonomous AI solutions that align with India’s expertise and global demand.

Impact on Businesses and AI Adoption

The CoE will serve as a testing ground for AI innovation, offering:

  • Reusable AI tools for rapid deployment.
  • Structured methodologies for proof-of-concept validation.
  • Scalable AI solutions that transition from experimental use to full implementation.
