UP CM Yogi Adityanath, inaugurates e-pension portal

On the occasion of Labor Day, in Lucknow CM Yogi Adityanath along with Deputy Chief Ministers Keshav Prasad Maurya and Brajesh Pathak has inaugurated the e-pension portal. 

At the inauguration of the ‘e-pension portal’, CM Yogi Adityanath said “The e-pension portal is being launched by the Uttar Pradesh government today, which will directly benefit 11.5 lakh personnel. I think negativity can never take a person to the peak of progress, it will always lead a person towards degradation, so good thinking always moves us forward, and with the same good thinking, the government also implemented an e-pension portal for you.”

He future added, “e-pension portal has been started for pensioners. The purpose behind this is to make people’s life easier. Lakhs of them will get benefit from the portal. It is digital, paperless, and cashless. The ‘e-Pension Portal’ will be fully maintained through the online dashboard. Uttar Pradesh will be the first state in the country, which is going to provide this facility to its pensioners. Now no one will have to wonder for pension.”

According to the government spokesperson, “This pension portal has been prepared by the finance department. In this, the process of pension, etc. will start with the application of the employee from 8 months before the retirement and the order for payment of pension, gratuity, etc. will be issued till 3 months are left.”

As the state has made maximum use of technology in the last five years the e-pension portal will make life easier.
