Through the Cummins GRS support, employees who have decided to transition to their self-identifying gender, will receive financial assistance for their surgery. As the world celebrates the Pride month, Cummins India stands as a beacon of support to the LGBTQ+ community, embracing the values of togetherness, self-expression, and equality.

Speaking on the announcement Anupama Kaul, HR Leader, Cummins India, said, “For over a century, Cummins has embraced Diversity and Inclusion as a core value, aimed at celebrating our differences and empowering one another.”
