Application Process for TCS BPS Hiring

Step 1: Log in to the TCS NextStep Portal here.
Begin your application by accessing the TCS NextStep portal. Ensure you use the correct link to start your registration process.

Step 2: Fill in the Application Form.
Ensure all details are accurate, particularly your Name and Date of Birth, as per your Aadhaar card. Double-check your entries to avoid errors, as incorrect information may lead to the disqualification of your application.

Step 3: Complete your registration for the TCS BPS hiring process.

  • Scenario A: If you are already a registered user, log in, complete your application form, and click on ‘Apply for Drive’.
  • Scenario B: If you are a new user, click on ‘Register Now,’ select ‘BPS’ as your category, fill in your details, submit your form, and click on ‘Apply for Drive’.

Important: Please ensure that the information in your TCS Application Form is complete and accurate to avoid any issues during the selection process.

Step 4: Select your preferred mode of test (In-Centre) and choose your test center carefully, as it cannot be changed later. After selecting, click on Apply.

Step 5: Confirm your application status.
To verify your application, go to ‘Track Your Application’ where your status should read ‘Applied for Drive’.

Glimpses of TCS Q1 Results

TCS added 5452 new employees during Q1, taking its total workforce to 615,318. The company’s commitment to diversity is evident, with women constituting 35.8% of its workforce, representing 154 nationalities.

Tata Consultancy Services reported an attrition rate of 12.1% in the first quarter (Q1) of fiscal year 2025, which was a decrease from 12.5% in the previous quarter. 

TCS remains invested in upskilling its employees. During the quarter, the workforce clocked 12.7 million learning hours, acquiring 1.3 million competencies. The focus on continuous learning ensures that TCS employees stay at the forefront of technology.

The company announced to hiring of 40,000 freshers in FY25.
