APL Apollo Tubes Welcomes Pankaj Sharma as Chief HR Officer

APL Apollo Tubes Limited, a leading manufacturer of structural steel tubes, has appointed Pankaj Sharma as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). 

This strategic move reflects the company’s commitment to strengthening its organizational culture and fostering talent growth.

CHRO Pankaj Sharma: Background and Expertise

Pankaj Sharma brings a wealth of experience to his new role.

With over 21 years in human resources, he has held key positions across diverse sectors, including Telecom, Motor Vehicle Manufacturing, Business Consulting and Services, IT Services, and IT Consulting. 

His expertise lies in driving HR strategies, talent management, and organizational development.

Before joining APL Apollo Tubes, Pankaj served as the CHRO at Rockman Industries, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s people practices.

Prior to that, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Head – Group Human Resources at ANAND Group India. His journey also includes stints at MAHLE Anand Filter Systems, Aircel, Deloitte, and IBM.

Pankaj holds a Master’s degree in HR & Organisational Development from the prestigious Delhi School of Economics. 

His academic foundation, combined with his extensive practical experience, equips him to lead APL Apollo Tubes’ HR function effectively.
