AICTE and Guruvayur Municipality have opened applications for their TULIP Internship program, which offers young professionals the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in infrastructure projects.
The full-time internship begins immediately and lasts six months. It is based in Guruvayur, Kerala.
Program Details
The internship is part of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs’ TULIP (The Urban Learning Internship Program) initiative, which aims to provide graduates with practical exposure to urban governance and project execution.
Selected interns will receive a stipend of ₹10,000 per month for the six-month tenure. The last date to apply for the program is September 22, 2025.
Learning Opportunities and Perks
Interns under this program will have the opportunity to work closely with the municipality on infrastructure project implementation, monitoring, and closure documentation.

Eligibility Criteria
The program is open to candidates with a B.Tech, B.E., or equivalent degree, specifically with specialization in Civil (Construction).
Applicants must be available full-time for the six-month duration and possess relevant skills and interests aligned with infrastructure development.
Terms of Engagement
The internship will be governed by the guidelines laid out in the TULIP Handbook. Interns will be expected to adhere to the standards and requirements outlined in the engagement framework.
