Accenture has announced the elevation of Parived Bhatnagar to Head – Human Resources (HR) for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Advanced Technology Centres in India (AIOC).
This appointment marks a significant milestone in Parived’s career, as he takes on a leadership role that will shape Accenture’s HR strategy across multiple regions.
Given his extensive background in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and HR technology, Parived is expected to be a key driver in optimizing Accenture’s workforce strategy in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
Roles and Responsibilities in His New Position at Accenture
In his new role as Head-HR for EMEA and AIOC, Parived will oversee HR operations across a vast workforce of more than 30,000 employees.
His primary focus will be to align HR strategies with Accenture’s business objectives, ensuring that talent development is positioned to drive sustainable growth.
He will also lead a team of 50 HR professionals, managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle while implementing initiatives that improve organizational efficiency.
As Accenture continues to expand in key global markets, Parived will play an instrumental role in strengthening talent strategies that support business growth.
His responsibilities extend to spearheading organizational transformation initiatives, enhancing employee engagement, and refining HR policies to create a workforce that is future-ready.
Additionally, his contributions to Accenture India’s HR Leadership Council will ensure that regional HR practices remain aligned with the company’s evolving global workforce strategy.
Parived Bhatnagar’s Career Journey
Parived’s association with Accenture began in 2007 when he joined as an HR Business Partner in Bengaluru.
Over the years, he has held multiple leadership roles that have strengthened his expertise in workforce transformation and strategic HR management.
In 2022, Accenture promoted him to Vice President-HR, entrusting him with leadership of financial services, finance and accounting, procurement, supply chain, and health offerings.
His contributions in this role set the foundation for his future leadership at Accenture.
The following year, in 2023, he took on the position of HR Director, overseeing HR functions at Accenture’s regional offices in Delhi (Gurugram, Noida, Jaipur) and Chennai.
His participation in Accenture India’s HR Leadership Council reinforced his reputation as a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of workforce dynamics.
Through this role, he played a crucial part in shaping the company’s broader HR vision, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Before returning to Accenture in 2022, Parived held senior leadership roles at Panarc Consulting Group, Aon, Deloitte, and SAP.
During this time, he specialized in organizational consulting, talent transformation, and HR process optimization, shaping strategic workforce solutions for global enterprises.
