ADM: India Expansion and HR Priorities

ADM has been expanding its operations in India, focusing on food innovation, sustainable sourcing, and supply chain optimization.

The India Hub plays a critical role in ADM’s global strategy, serving as a center for R&D, manufacturing, and commercial operations.

Daleep’s appointment comes at a time when ADM is investing in leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and future-ready workforce capabilities.

ADM’s leadership team, including Group CEO Aman Mehtani, has consistently emphasized the importance of employee well-being, collaborative culture, and continuous learning.

ADM has appointed Daleep to lead HR for its India Hub.

Under his leadership, the company aims to strengthen talent development, boost organizational agility, and enhance regional leadership.

Transition from Previous HR Leadership

Daleep succeeds Saurabh Katyal as ADM India’s HR Head. He held the role until mid-2025 before transitioning to Groupe SEB India in the same capacity.

Saurabh made significant strides in HR digitization, strengthened employee relations, and led culture-building initiatives during his tenure.

Daleep will build on this foundation while introducing new strategic priorities aligned with ADM’s global transformation goals.
