ANEVOLVE, the cleantech platform launched by the ANAND Group, has appointed Dr. Shafali Bahl Shah as its Head of Human Resources.
With over two decades of experience across diverse industries, Dr. Shafali’s appointment signals ANEVOLVE’s commitment to building a future-ready, inclusive, and innovation-driven workforce as it scales its green mobility and sustainable technology operations.
Launched in January 2023 by Anjali and Jaisal Singh, ANEVOLVE is the ANAND Group’s flagship platform for green technology and clean mobility solutions.
It aims to design, manufacture, and scale sustainable products for electric vehicles (EVs) and other sectors.
With partnerships spanning Japan, Israel, and the UK, and a projected investment of over ₹1,000 crore, ANEVOLVE is targeting ₹3,500 crore in revenue by FY28 and plans to hire 2,500 professionals across its innovation hubs and manufacturing units.

Dr. Shafali brings a rich blend of academic insight and corporate experience to her new role.
She holds a Doctorate in Knowledge Management and Human Resources.
Over the years, she has led HR functions across diverse sectors such as engineering consulting, telecom, mobility, and manufacturing.
Before joining ANEVOLVE, she was the Head of HR at Kingspan Jindal Pvt. Ltd.
In that role, she led initiatives in talent development, employee engagement, CSR, and HR automation.
