BYJU’S elevates Priyanka Gupta as Senior Director – HR

A global ed-tech company providing highly adaptive, engaging, and effective learning solutions to more than 150 million students around the world, BYJU’S has announced to elevate Priyanka Gupta as Senior Director – Human Resources.

Prior to this, Priyanka was working as General Manager – HR with the organization. She was heading a team of over 25 HR Managers. She has been associated with the organization for over a year.

Priyanka Gupta has confirmed the development on social media and said, “Promoted to Senior Director – HR at BYJU’S!”

Priyanka Gupta has over 11 years of experience across multiple HR domains including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Learning & Development in the Banking, Financial, and Edu-Tech sectors.

As an HR professional, Priyanka brings a blend of both generalist and business partnering experience with expertise in anchoring people strategy across diverse functions and business units.

Before BYJU’S, Priyanka Gupta was associated with L&T Financial Services as Zonal Head – Business HR (North). She was responsible for the entire employee life cycle of 3000+ employees from Hire to Retire. She worked for the organization for over 2 years.

Previously, Priyanka was associated with a leading private sector bank in India, ICICI Bank as Chief Manager-L&D.

She was handling Business Partnering and L&D functions for over 7 years. Further, she was responsible for the entire employee life cycle of over 3000 employees from Hire to Retire.

Priyanka has Led the “Performance Management” process for ICICI Bank for 3 consecutive years for over 80,000 employees. As a Senior Member of the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) at ICICI Bank, she investigated multiple cases under POSH, including complaints to Women’s Commissions.

Priyanka holds a master’s in Business Administration in Human Resource and Organizational Development from the Delhi School of Economics. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Daulat Ram College.
