Gilbarco Veeder Root gets ex-Cummins Ritesh Joshi as Head- HR

A global market leader, Gilbarco Veeder Root India has appointed Ritesh Joshi as Head– HR. Before joining this, Ritesh held various leadership roles at Cummins Inc. and spent over 10 years with the organization.

He confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I’m excited to start my new job as Head- HR for Gilbarco Veeder Root India a Vontier Group Company.”

He is an accomplished professional delivering 25 years of career success including nearly 15 years of expertise in end-to-end HR/IR Functions including HR Generalist Functions, HR Business Partner, Recruitment, Legal Operations, Corporate Social Responsibility, Change Management, Compensation & Benefits, Policies & Procedures, Talent Management, Organization Development, Succession Planning, Employee Engagement, Talent Acquisition, HRIS Implementation, Compliance Management, Training & Development, and People Management.

His dexterity lies in directing core HR Generalist profiles including Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Manpower Planning, Training & Development, & MIS for the complete group.

Additionally, Ritesh has demonstrated excellence in collaborating with executive leadership and the training team to develop and improve the new hire onboarding and training process, improving new hire satisfaction and retention, and significant cost savings to the group.

Prior to Cummins Ritesh was associated with General Motors as Manager- HR. He started his career working with Mahindra Group where he spent over 12 years.

Ritesh is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur. He holds his Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
