Hinduja Group gets Amanppreet Singh Bhatia as Group President- HR

Leading Indian Conglomerate, Hinduja Group has appointed Amanppreet Singh Bhatia as Group President – Human Resources.

His appointment is effective May 9, 2023, and will succeed Sudhanshu Tripathi. In this role, he will be based out of Mumbai.

He has nearly 32 years of in-depth experience in the gamut of HR, handling leadership / strategic roles in multinational organizations and reputed Indian corporates across diverse industries spanning from Manufacturing, Engineering/Automobile, FMCG, IT, and Services.

Prior to Hinduja Group, Amanppreet was associated with Ashok Leyland as President- HR. He worked with the organization for over 3 years.

His previous stints include working with Escorts Limited as Group CHRO, VE Commercial Vehicles as Executive Vice President & Group Head – HR, Intertek Group PLC as Country Head HR, and Symantec as Sr Manager HR.

He started his career working with Gillette India as HR Business Partner and worked with the organization for over 3 years.

Amanppreet holds his Master in Business Administration (MBA), PM &IR (HR) from Panjab University, Chandigarh.
