An Indian diversified financial services company, IIFL Finance has appointed Natasha Chander as Assistant Vice President- Human Resources.
Natasha has confirmed the development on social media and said, ” I’m pleased to share that I’m starting a new position as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources at IIFL Finance.”
In this role, Natasha is responsible for Employee Engagement, Organizational Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, and Rewards & Recognition.
A committed human resource professional from XLRI Jamshedpur with over 13 years of corporate cross-industry experience holding HR Business Partner, Corporate HR, and Talent Development roles in the past.
Natasha has a rich cross-industry exposure in various People Management roles blending the passion for coaching for transformation with a deep understanding of human psychology and behaviors. Her endeavor is thus to bring talent, skills, and excellence forward toward professional work.
Prior to IIFL Finance, Natasha was associated with Integriti Consulting as an HR Consultant, and previously she has been associated with organizations such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, Sterling and Wilson, a Shapoorji Pallonji Group Company, Tata Consultancy Services, Larsen & Toubro, and ITC Grand Central Hotel & Towers.
Natasha is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and ITM Group of Institutions. She holds a master’s degree in commerce from Mumbai University.
