Intel Corporation has announced the elevation of Nupur Shrivastava to the role of HR Leader – Asia Pacific.
Based in Bengaluru, Nupur will now lead the human resources function across the Asia Pacific region, overseeing talent strategy, workforce transformation, and culture-building initiatives.
Her promotion comes at a time when Intel is doubling down on its people-first approach, aligning HR leadership with its broader innovation and growth agenda across global markets.
A Proven Track Record Within Intel
Nupur’s journey with Intel began in 2019, when she joined as Director – Business HR and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Leader.
Over the past six years, she has held several key roles, including:
- Director – Talent Acquisition & D&I Mentor
- Senior Director – Talent Planning & Acquisition – APAC
In these roles, she played a pivotal part in strengthening Intel’s employer brand, mentoring diverse teams, and building a robust talent pipeline across the region.
Her leadership has been instrumental in driving inclusive hiring practices, strategic workforce planning, and cross-cultural team development.
A Career Rooted in Strategic HR and Inclusion
Before joining Intel, Nupur held senior HR leadership roles at Arm, where she served as India HR Head and later as Global Lead – Diversity & Inclusion.
At Arm, she designed and executed global D&I strategies across seven strategic locations, working closely with external partners and local governments.
Her earlier career includes impactful stints at:
- Nokia – HR Manager, R&D
- Honeywell Technologies – HR Business Partner
- Harita TVS Technologies – Team Lead, Competency Management
- Titan Industries – HR Management Trainee
She began her professional journey with PepsiCo in 2001.
Since then, her career has spanned over two decades, focusing on people strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation.
