Experience and Expertise
Rashmi is a seasoned HR leader with over 20 years of experience across IT/ITES, Engineering, and Marketing & Advertising sectors. She has successfully led strategic and operational HR functions, including talent acquisition, development, performance management, and capability building.
With 10+ years of experience working with global teams, she has designed and driven key people programs across geographies. Rashmi is passionate about Corporate Social Responsibility and Inclusion & Diversity, championing inclusive workplaces that inspire and empower all.
Prior to joining ITC Infotech, she held leadership roles at Publicis Groupe, thyssenkrupp Elevator, WNS Global Services, Accenture, and other reputed multinational organizations.
Rashmi holds an MBA in HR & IT from ICFAI University, Dehradun, and a Bachelor’s in Chemistry from Shivaji University.
