Bhakti Shirke’s Professional Journey

Bhakti Shirke’s career spans over a decade, marked by significant contributions to human resources and talent acquisition.

Prior to joining Licious, she served as AVP – Human Resources at Axis Bank, where she played a pivotal role in driving recruitment strategies and enhancing employee engagement.

Her tenure at Axis Bank was preceded by impactful stints at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance, Apollo Munich Health Insurance, Accenture, AMK Group, Wipro, and Marlabs.

Bhakti holds a Master’s degree in International Business Management from Centennial College.

She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the Academy for International Management & Engineering Studies.

Her diverse experience and educational background have given her a strong grasp of recruitment trends.

They also enable her to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational objectives.
