Manpreet Singh Joins Alkami Technology as Head – HR, India

Alkami Technology, a leading U.S.-based provider of cloud-based digital banking solutions, has appointed Manpreet Singh as Head – Human Resources, India.

Manpreet joins as a founding member of Alkami’s India leadership team.

He is tasked with establishing the HR function from scratch as the company launches its Global Capability Center (GCC) in India.

Manpreet Singh: A Veteran in HR and Business Operations

With over 25 years of cross-functional leadership experience, Manpreet Singh brings deep expertise in HR transformation, organizational design, and workforce strategy across the fintech, IT, and services sectors.

Prior to joining Alkami, he spent 16+ years at FIS, where he held multiple senior roles including:

  • Senior Director – Business Partner
  • Director – The People Office
  • HR Delivery Leader

Manpreet led HR teams at FIS across India, the Philippines, and the United States. In these roles, he supported a workforce of more than 10,000 employees.

His portfolio included M&A integration, talent management, compensation planning, and organizational effectiveness.

Manpreet held leadership roles at SITEL India Ltd., Global Vantedge, and GE earlier in his career.

In these positions, he contributed to HR strategy and business operations, with a focus on client relationship management and process development.

He holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Guru Nanak Institute of Management, and is widely recognized for his ability to build agile, people-first organizations.
