Based in Hyderabad, Aarti will spearhead global HR operations and service excellence initiatives, focusing on enhancing employee experience and driving transformation across McDonald’s workforce functions worldwide.
Aarti Kapoor: A Proven Leader in HR Transformation
An alumna of IIM Indore and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Aarti Kapoor brings over 20 years of diverse HR leadership experience across global organizations.
Her career spans strategic HR, global service delivery, policy modernization, and digital transformation.
Prior to joining McDonald’s, Aarti held senior roles at:
- PepsiCo – where she led global HR capability development and people operations for nearly four years
- Adani Group – as Vice President – People Enablement & Service Delivery, contributing to HR transformation in a high-growth environment
- Amazon – where she spent over seven years driving global expansion programs, diversity & inclusion, and process automation
- American Express – leading initiatives in leave management, employee accommodations, and compliance
Her earlier career included foundational HR roles at Agrani Infotech, InfoVision, and Holy Heart Presidency School, where she built expertise in employee support and operational excellence.
