Vaibhav is a senior HR professional with over two decades of extensive experience across geographies and HR functions.
Prior to nference, he was associated with Amazon and worked for over 6 years. Previously, he was associated with Wipro, GE, and ICICI Bank Ltd where he has led various leadership roles.
Vaibhav holds a Master’s degree in Personnel Management, Human Resources from Symbiosis International University.
