Nike appoints Namita Vyas as Director- Talent Acquisition

Namita Vyas joins Nike as Director- Talent Acquisition, effective June 2021.

Nike, Inc. is an American multinational corporation that is engaged in the design, development, manufacturing, and worldwide marketing and sales of footwear, apparel, equipment, accessories, and services.

She comes with over 16 years of industry experience, an accomplished HR leader with an eye to building top-tier product, design, Engineering & Sales/BD teams for high-growth product companies, and employs current human capital practices that attract & retain high potential talent. Diversity & Inclusion Leader and is responsible to bring a workforce diversity balance & inclusion on the floor.

Prior to Nike, she was working with American Express as Director Talent Acquisition and HR Site Lead for almost two years. Earlier she was associated with Grab, Singapore as Talent Acquisition Leader, GOJEK as Head of Talent Acquisition, and InMobi as Head- Talent Acquisition.

Previously, Namita also worked with the companies like Guardian Management, Ma Foi, Sapient, and Yahoo as Talent Acquisition Leader.

Namita has been recognized as one of India’s top 10 social Recruiters and featured in 101 Top Global D&I leaders by World HRD Congress for the year 2019.

She is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur and Maharishi University of Management.
