An Indian multinational conglomerate, Reliance Industries Limited has appointed Abhisekh Rudra as Head of HR for their Reliance Composites Solutions (RCS) Unit based at Vadodara.
In this role, he will be responsible for the expansive role of Head HR for the company. Additionally, he will be in a supervisory role in HR which extends from Talent Acquisition to Talent Management including the entire Employee Life Cycle.Â

Abhisekh has a wide Industry experience of about 21 years he has made huge achievements in structuring and alignment of HR practices.
His expertise is in managing all HR functions in a Strategic & Generalist role. However, his core experience comprises dealing with Training & Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Policies, Performance Appraisal, Competency Assessment, Employee Engagement, Reward & Recognition, Compensation, and Project Management.
Prior to Reliance Industries, he was associated with Garden Silk Mills Private Limited as Deputy General Manager – HR & IR. Previously, he worked with MCPI Private Limited.
Abhisekh started his career working with Reliance Industries Limited as an HR Executive. He holds his PGDME from Jadavpur University
