SolarEdge Technologies appoints Ratika G as Sr. Director- HR

A global leader in smart energy technology, SolarEdge Technologies has appointed Ratika G as Sr. Director -Head of HR and Talent Management India Human Resources.

She has confirmed the appointment on LinkedIn and said, “I am moving on to new horizons with a heavy heart and the memoirs of an incredible journey with #sapiens India of 7.5 years, seems it was yesterday, I joined.”

“Every day was a new day and new history created together with incredible people, thank you Sapiens for shaping me into who I am today”, she said.

“Now the time has come for me to embark on a new chapter in my professional journey with hope and energy to learn and do something new and be the beginner again”, she added.

Ratika G is a versatile HR leader with over 23 years in strategic HR with active involvement in various M&As along with shaping the company’s long-range Vision and Culture Statement. She is passionate about attracting, Developing, and Retaining employees.

She has worked for US, Europe, APAC, and Israel teams across IT, Logistics, Telecom, and Biotechnology companies. The experience across all functions of HR helped her to set up and lead human resources functions in startups and also globally established organizations.

Prior to SolarEdge Technologies, Ratika was associated with Sapiens as Vice President- Human Resources, Australia & APAC – Chief Growth Officer in India.

Her earlier stints include working with Ascendum Solutions, Novozymes, OpSource, Airtel, and First Flight. She holds her Master’s in Business Administration from the Center for Management Development.
