Shivakumar continues to serve as Operating Partner at Advent International, contributing to strategic business growth.

Additionally, he holds key leadership roles as Chairman at MTPL (an Advent company) and advisory board member at Power Grid Corporation of India Limited.

  • Aditya Birla Group: Served as Group Executive President, overseeing corporate strategy and business development.
  • PepsiCo India: Held the position of Chairperson and CEO, managing operations across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, and the Maldives.
  • Nokia: Led India operations as CEO before becoming Senior Vice President for Emerging Markets, overseeing India, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Philips India: Headed the Consumer Electronics Division as CEO.
  • Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL): Spent nearly 20 years in sales, marketing, and general management roles.

His strategic acumen and leadership expertise have established him as a key figure in corporate India.

Industry leaders widely recognize him for transforming businesses and driving innovation across sectors.
