Adani Airport Holdings Ltd appoints Sandiep Batra as CHRO

Adani Airport Holdings Ltd has announced the appointment of Sandiep Batra as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In this new role, he will be responsible for the entire gamut of human resources for the organisation.

Sandiep has over 27 years of experience. He is a senior HR professional with diversified experience in all facets of human resources including Talent Management and Succession Planning, Organization Effectiveness, and Business Partnering across IT, ITES, Telecom, Consumer Durable, and Retail sectors.

Sandiep has successfully managed large-scale HR transformations including Mergers and acquisitions, cultural change, and Organization Design, in large global organizations involving cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

He is passionate about Talent vitality, Diversity & Inclusivity, and Building High-Performance teams. Prior to Adani Airport Holdings Ltd, Sandiep was associated with Landmark Group as Group CHRO and Head Foundation

He was responsible for leading Group Human Resources People agenda, across six business verticals with an employee base of 16000+. Further, he was responsible for Business Partnering with Business Heads, business transformations & change management, Leadership Development & Succession Planning, Organization Effectiveness & Productivity, and HR Risk mitigation.

Previously, Sandiep was associated with Vodafone Idea Limited, Bharti Teletech Limited, Cendant Corporation, Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd, and the Indian Army.

Sandiep is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta. He completed his bachelor’s in commerce from Delhi University.
