CIFDAQ elevates Anil Vasu as Co-Founder & Global CHRO

A blockchain ecosystem company, CIFDAQ has elevated Anil Vasu as Co-Founder & Global Chief Human Resource Officer.

As per his LinkedIn profile, most recently, he was working as Global Chief Human Resource Officer and has been associated with CIFDAQ for over a year.

“We are excited to welcome Anil Vasu to the CIFDAQ family,” said Himanshu Maradiya, Founder of CIFDAQ.

“Anil’s extensive experience and deep understanding of the industry will be invaluable as we continue to grow and innovate”, Himanshu Maradiya added.

Himanshu Maradiya further said, “His expertise will play a crucial role in driving our HR strategies and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.”

With over 25 years of human resources management experience, he has led the global talent strategy, overseeing the HR functions, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, and organizational development across all regions and markets.

He has leveraged his HR and social networking skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, foster a culture of collaboration and innovation, and strategize, attract, and retain top talent.

His earlier stints include working with Stanley Black & Decker, Tata BlueScope Steel Limited, Honeywell, BP Ergo Ltd, and Silicon Mountains (India) Ltd.

Anil Vasu holds a master’s in HR from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and a Diploma in Labour Law and Labour Welfare from Symbiosis Law School, Pune.
