Dabur appoints Satyajit Mohanty as CHRO

An Indian multinational consumer goods company, Dabur has appointed Satyajit Mohanty as Chief Human Resources Officer.

In this role, he will be responsible for supporting the employees of the organization. Additionally, he will be working on overall business transformation.

Satyajit is an experienced HR professional with over 25 years of HR experience. He specializes in designing and implementing cutting-edge HR processes across organizations.

He has extensive experience at strategic and operational levels in virtually all areas of Human Resources, including employee relations (IR), talent and performance management, development & rewards, M&A, and organization transformation.

Satyajit joins the organization from Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited where he was associated as CHRO | Vice-President – HR. In this role, he was responsible for the Chief HR Officer of a global organization with about 1 billion USD in Revenue and 5000 employees.

Earlier, he worked extensively in HR transformation initiatives at regional and global levels in Asia, Europe, and LatAm in organizations such as Max Bupa, Coca-Cola, ITC Limited, and Nestle.

Satyajit started his career working with VIP Industries Limited as an Industrial Relations and Training Specialist. In this role, he was responsible for Industrial Relations Specialist (Long-term settlements), Training and Development, and Organisation Development (Including Kaizen).

He holds his Master’s in Business Administration from XLRI Jamshedpur and completed his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ravenshaw College.
