Gensol gets Kamaljeet Kaur as Group Chief People Officer

A frontrunner in the Solar and Renewables Industry, Gensol Group has appointed Kamaljeet Kaur as Group Chief People Officer.

In this role, she will be responsible to enhance and strengthen the talent processes and lead strategic HR initiatives across the organization.

Anmol Singh Jaggi, co-Founder, of Gensol Group said, “Her extensive experience and profound understanding of diverse industries will undoubtedly strengthen our people function and enable us to attract, develop, and retain talent across levels.”

“We believe Kamaljeet’s strategic vision and leadership will play a pivotal role in driving the group’s growth and success,” Anmol Singh Jaggi added.

Kamaljeet Kaur, Group’s Chief People Officer, said, “I look forward to collaborating with the talented teams across the organization. My focus will be on nurturing a people-centric culture, implementing effective talent management strategies, and fostering innovation & excellence in HR practices.”

“Together, we will build a robust and dynamic HR ecosystem to support the group’s ambitious goals,” Kamaljeet Kaur added.

She is an HR Professional with over two decades of experience with Indian as well as multinational companies.

Prior to Gensol Group, Kamaljeet was associated with Sterlite Power as Director and Group Chief Human Resources Officer. Her earlier stints include working with Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., HeidelbergCement, HDFC Bank, and Wrigley.

Kamaljeet started her career working with Hero MotoCorp Ltd as Assistant Manager. She was associated with the organization for over 3 years.

She holds her PGDM, HR from Symbiosis Center For Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD), Pune, and completed her Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons) in Economics from Sri Venkateswara College, Delhi University.
