He has confirmed the appointment on social media and said, “I am thrilled to share that I have joined JWIL Infra Limited as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).”

HK Pradhan is an HR professional with 24 years of extensive experience in leadership roles (diverse industries) with global MNCs & Indian Conglomerates.
His specialization is in fostering High-Performance Culture, Leadership Development, Strategic HR Partnership, and Innovative Methodologies to build people, process capabilities, and operational excellence of the HR Function, Occupational Health, and safety.
Prior to JWIL Infra Limited, he was associated with ROADIS for over 7 years. He had held various leadership roles at ROADIS.
His earlier stints include working with BP, DSC Limited, Tata Power, and Tata Projects.
He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Master’s Degree, in Social Sciences from Utkal University.
