Narwal elevated Amit as VP, Global Head- HR, Strategy & BizOps

Narwal has elevated Amit Sahoo to Vice President, Global Head – HR, Strategy, and Business Operations. Most recently, he was Vice President, Global Head of Human Resources, and has been associated with Narwal for over a year.

Amit has confirmed the appointment and said, “I’m thrilled to share some big news; my role at Narwal has expanded! In addition to leading our HR efforts, I’m now also in charge of Strategy and Business Operations. This step up allows me to merge our HR goals with our broader business strategies, fuelling growth in the US, UK, India, and Canada.”

Amit joined the Nawal in 2023, He has over 19 years of experience in the IT/ITES sector and has excelled in overseeing HR functions for startups and mid-sized organizations.

His strengths in talent management, organizational development, and leading diverse teams have been crucial in establishing strong employer brands and enhancing organizational success and employee belongingness.

Prior to Narwal, Amit was associated with Areteans as Vice President and Global Head – Human Resources. He has worked with organizations such as TA Digital, Cigniti Technologies, Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, SiTEL, Sutherland Healthcare Solutions, and GE Money.

Amit earned his Master’s in Agri-Business Management from School of Agri-Business Management and PGCHRM, OB, C&B, T&D from XLRI Jamshedpur.
