An international energy company, Nayara Energy has appointed Richa Dubey as Chief People Officer.
Richa has over 25 years of experience in the HR domain. She is an astute leader with varied national and international experiences in the field of Human Resources.
She has driven Human Resources as a strategic imperative of the organization and managed change in both an execution driven and a focused growth environment.
Richa is a certified Life coach. As a Human Resource professional, she has believed in the innate abilities and strengths each one of the possesses as individuals.
She joined Nayara Energy from Vedanta Resources Limited where she was VP & CHRO – Vedanta Resources – Iron & Alloy Sector.
Her earlier stints include working with Schneider India Pvt Ltd, Praxair, Broadcom Corporation, Celstream Technologies, Mafoi, and Crompton Greaves.
Richa holds her Master’s degree in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and completed her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), and Honors in Geography from Jamshedpur Women’s College.
